I am running a Mini in 208V single phase. So far, no problems. It depends how much services (amps) you have and how will fluctuate it. Check your DC Bus voltage.
Tormach offers ground shipping at no extra cost under the warranty, but that doesn't mean you can pay the difference and use an overnight shipping. I don't think is a big deal...
