I looked at your file, the part will cut to the bottom if you remove the boundary
The software is just doing what you tell it to do.I am sure you are just using this as a test part....

V19- 21 has the ability to adjust line width.

I have 21 also, I have saved some .dgn for my
wire edm guy, he is using an old DOS version of BC and is
able to open them.

In V21 and back you could,I mainly used it for printing.
I haven't found a way to do it in V22-(FKA 2007) on up , I am currently using V23

I changed his mouse, it helped some. I am going to try to upgrade his video drivers, and check for viruses, clean all garbage that build up from the internet.

Your Geometry was messed up on the 2 that wouldn't cut, they weren't chains.

You have .250 slots and .1256 R and something else .1272R radius is, if remember correctly, Make them .125 it will be...

Depending on your laptop, use a PCMCIA card, Express Card formats - 54 and 34. An Express Card/34 will fit into an Express Card/54 slot, but not visa versa.

Try a different post, it looks like you are using a lathe post ( assuming this is a mill part), I only see X & Z moves, I didn't see any Y moves in your G code

Try on the attributes to change the line width to .010" or .020"
That should print better than a line width of 0.000 It is most likely your
problem.

I have a DPM w/AGE 3 control , what issues are you having? I use the basic AGE3 for my 2X mill and a custom post for the 3X mill.

I used this script
all it asks for is the distance across flats. Works
great for me. assuming you are using V21 and back, they
eliminated the scripting in V22 on up
