Ok its possible the amp is gone bad, but don't give up you can always talk to service at the factory and try to walk yourself through this. You might be able to move the tool arm in debug mode.

Verify the parameters in the control with the ones that came with your rotary. If you lost you parameters your local HFO should be able to get them for you.

Whats not staying calibrated the length or dia? Is the probe head moving in the holder are the jack screws tight? can you spin the probe body? How do you know it's not staying calibrated.

If you purchased the probe from HAAS already loaded are the macros for some routines call Renishaw ask for the manual H-2000-6222-00-B or whatever is newer if the have one. They should email a pdf.
