    It looks like your Default CRC selection got changed.
    Goto File:
    Click on Preferences, click on Machining Prefs, then Default Mill CRC. I would select Tool Center.

    Well mine is working good. I'm at 115200 and no duplications.
    I did have a larger file come back, but it turned out to be my control added missing zeros.
    Turned an M6 into an M06, X.255 to X0.255...
