So many matsuuras out there with arcane yasnac controls. Like it.
When is your conversion kit going on the market :D ?
Nice posts. Nice looking parts.
Filtering should not effect circles as it is related to point to point paths.
Wow major spam, plastered all over.
not to hyjack thread, but are you the same guy starting this type of thread on other mastercam forums?
if so the answer was provided quite well, as to use other probe solutions with MC
I accept Gold:banana:
wonder if they are just mirroring your bad attitude.
if you're looking to to get into the weeds of surface mount electronics diagnosis and repair to ave $200 go for it.
Just don't drag the #1...

sounds like you are outputting for coordinate conversion. G112 code is need for fanuc IIRC.
what machine control?
good graphic.
now if you could post up a 2D DWG>DXF or something of those two shapes I'm sure someone could knock out some code real quick.
preferably a centerline
why does the poll top out at $24+?????
friends of mine top out over 40
Your reseller should be able to help with that.
Are you importing from Sw or From Mc?????
Select the ramp drop down
Never mind^^^^
I would build a 3d line (s) at the desired slope. And have contour follow it. Need the 3d drop down in tool path parameters selected if it didn't already...
Faking stock def is powerful but not the best way. Often you will have it faced before ID work
Silly me I was thinking mill.
Ref points are still good to use (always) while doing ID work in mastercam for the reason you describe.
Also create a geometry point outside the part at ,say, 1 inch...
clearance plane in linking parameters most likely.
can also play around with Ref points for the beginning and ending of a path
fun build!
nice craftsmanship.
not sure why a Venturi vacuum generator from Mcmaster wouldn't work for $100. Assuming good compressed air is available.
works great in metal cutting.
must be...
Sounds like contour with ramp (depth) will do it
Not sure what u mean about helix

Tool definition should control direction. Futzing with that CCW switch is more of a band aid.
...but if it gets the output correct. ...

The variables will depend on the control manufacturer so I would read the manual supplied with the machine

Maybe some actual info regarding your issue or maybe ask a question. ..you will get some answers

I got a svp903 on my 7000L control a couple years ago.
i did the exchange with local factory authorized outfit.
it was expensive and my tech said the svp board that cam out was not original.
guess...
#2 if you have the optional 2nd home position button, you can get machine to a predetermined safe position for tool change in MDI mode. For running the program. IIRC, there is a setting to move table...

Wish it was u100.
Happy new year buddy.

Oh that's right. I should have been thinking 023 or 080. My bad. I've done a few parts on it. Pretty solid machine. Control is picky and have some issues from unforgivably bad maintenance.
I viewed...
i have one of that lot.
there was a parts- only machine (edit) on machine tools.com
complete machine for less than that price.
there is not that much to the mill cartige
