in a word, no. two floating jaws need a solid piont.
have a vf0, vf2, and 2014 tmp2. the tmp simply does not cut as fast as vf's but i dont believe it is meant too.not as rugged so it shakes on heavy fast cutting.
try moving vise to different table location and see if it still happens using a different section of ballscrews, that should help narrow it down.
have had this happen over the years, simply just went the g3g90 i j k route its just a few more characters, and always worked.
