Its not a milling machine or 3x mill or lathe. I want step/dir inputs - for these servo d/c motors with quad encoders that use probably 1 amp of power.

Its just a dc motor with a quadrature encoder. 2 lines power the motor, and 4 for the encoder. Encoder power+,ground, and the two bit signals.

Ok just an update; I found another old sheet with the parameters written down that were alot different then what I had, after manually entering them - the system will now jog, move carousel, turn on...
