I've seen it several times when I was a haas tech years ago.

Get a hold of your local HFO or Haas,they should have the programs you need to run the probe.
Null modem cable will work. I've used them on several machines.

Call Haas with your serial # and they'll let you know.
You need decimal points after the feed rates. F300.
Check the Z axis prox switch.
