Well the only thing they offered was sending me a new machine at a small refund with payment in advance! LOL!

They admitted that one of their workers smashed the machine into the wall and they sent it anyways. This is not only a cosmetic thing. Nothing is parallel anymore. Please tell me how to fix this....

This is not normal chinese quality. Even chinese quality is normally much better. This is a fraud!

Another big problem is that I asked many times before purchase if this machine fits through a 90cm door and always their support said that it will fit.
When the machine was delivered it was 110cm...

Many screws are squeezed into poorly cut threads, damaging the screws and the threads. It is not possible to put a screw correctly in there.
