anybody got a solution for 887? I noticed this too
You can use Fusion 360 to create the files and offset the toolpath, you will only need (to build) a postprocessor for your control
Whats your problem?
Im pretty sure that your communication cable is not working. So check the 4 wire cable between your control and the machine
What do you want to achieve? Very curious. For as far as I know the only thing you can do from outside is feedhold.
What I like to do is integrate a probe but a few things I'm missing (on SIemens)...
Ever got any further with this? I have ghe same question for my CM105
Did you succeed?
I don't really know. Would like to know. Running a program you see workoffset coordinates, but while joggins its machine coordinates
You can buy regular BT30 holders, but you need the right pull stud. Best chances are to make them yourself.
No, but you can influence the cycle time calculation on the setup sheet

Old topic, but lets try: Is the keyboard made for cam concept? Most keyboards are for Fanuc Siemens or Heidenhain
Send me a pm. What is your machine?

To get a feeling of 3D toolpaths its better to download a trial of HSMworks. If you are programming more then once a week its worth the effort to invest in HSMWorks. You will get all the simulation...
You can write a postprocessor to incorporate these times. Take the setup-sheet as a basis. It will take you some time though...
This is maybe respons to and old thread but maybe usefull for someone. This seems like an old EMCO BT30 holder (for PC mill55/F1) that is used in a concept mill. The concept mill has a different...
Yes, I made a commercial post for a customer in the past for this machine. There are indeed diferences. There are for example no radial drilling cycles possible, and some cycles are different. Also...
Just look out for a single line font and use trace with a chamfer mill with a small tipdiameter.
We created a postprocessor for the Integrex that runs very nice, but as I read, that too late now. Good luck with your new machine.

You need ti use hardware interuos. Did you do that?
That seams like a ****load of money for an old pc with a card. Is is for a PCmill 50 of 55?
You understand that you respond to an old topic? Maybe there are standard possibilities., there is just an easier way
I want to try Siermens 840D control on my PCmill 55. It asks for MSD disk that should contain information about the PLCs. I pointed it to different folders like the machine folder and specificly the...
These are fixed (or not) checkdisk files. I dont think renaming works.
Not sure if you have an answer. In wincam there is a home button that looks like a bullseye. Click that and it should home.
You can use Wincamm. Send me a pm
True. You dont use the Linux machine. You connect is to a windows machine with wincam/camconcept and that does the machine control. You just found the calculation unit of the machine. In the...
Wow, really impressive Rich. You can make some money with this circuits als many people would like to have them I suppose! Unfortunately the mill 55 is a bit different, but I'll see what needs to be...
You can drive the 4th axis in hsmworks at the moment, in inventor hsm and fusion 360 you can index the product and mill on a different side, but not simultanious 4th axis. That will follow next year
Nice find Rich Jones. So I understand you figured out with signals are used on the rs485 cable en reverseengineered you own circuit? Do you think it would be possible to link this with something like...
I have the dvds, but while watching I'm convinced that the effort the maker put in is worth the money. Asking for a copy makes sure that you reduce the chance he will make a new series of video's....
