    I wasn't present when the spindle was tested. So can't answer the how.
    The shudder is there when running a program with the spindle off.

    The shudder happens with the spindle off
    We bought the machine used 2 months ago from the original owner. It has more than 1500hrs but less than 2000hrs on it....
