From what I can remember the manual contains information about other fanuc controls not just O-T. Would you need live tooling to make a hexagon? The machine would have to have spindle orientation....

They were called Tornados in the UK and Storm in the US. Almost identical though I believe.

are you sure you don't need to adjust the sensors?

I have checked the turret and there are no contaminations.
I have noticed that if you hold in the plunger (locking pin) you get the "1019" turret solenoid alarm. So...

It is a Colchester tornado 100 with a duplomatic turret. What is a MTB alarm?
