Well from what I can see then the drip rate doesn't apply to your unit or situation. I haven't seen that model before; I'll defer advice to someone who knows that unit. Hope you get an answer!

The attached picture shows the unit that controls spindle oil. It is directly above the way oil pump. The sight glass on the right side shows your drip rate for spindle oil.
