With my Mill Turn, moving the Z axis manually seems to have about the same drag going up and down (to my surprise (compared to my Eldorado anyway ))

Any suggestions for tramming the mill? I emailed Shopmaster and I have not receive a reply. It would be nice if a parts breakdown was available, which might help.
