Does anyone currently have one of these, and you are expierencing stepper motor skipping, if i run mine over 1 on the engraving and over 10 on the scanning, it skips all over the place, any thoughts...

I am need of a dxf. or similar file of a puzzle with around 200 puzzle pieces, i can use what ever you have, i have one with about 20 right know.

I have one of these, if you are trying to do fine engraving, be prepared to go slow, if you go faster than the slowest setting, the stepper motors can't keep up and they skip, therefore destroying...
