I use a chinese cnc3018 and bCNC as software
even if I lower the feed, the bits breaks off after 1 second of milling; I scan the area first, so I dont understand why it breaks

I lowered the feed rate in the mean time, seems to help a bit
I scan the surface, then I start the cnc process, the bit breaks off all the time (just the tiniest bit of it)
so I rescan, reengrave, but loose in precision and top/bottom layer never prints the...

the poor documentation that comes with these chinese cnc, does not indicate any pin for autoleveling probe
I saw many youtube videos doing autoprobing but none of these mexican guys are...
One last question,
how did you manage to attach teh metal clamp of the new spindle motor to the cnc ? I was thinking about printing some plastic adapter...

hard to tell if it has low vibration from the picture, I guess it's linked to high RPM, I mean the fastest it turns, the more equilibrium
