Ive just made a major discovery!


When switched the X Axis and the Z Axis is SOLID! When you Push or Pull these two axis it doesnt move!

The Y Axis Moves manually...

ZKMotion Mach3 4 Axis USB CNC Motion Card
And now my drivers use 4 x wires insted of 3 before

Still im getting cocked...

I did the USB With ferrite cores and tidyed up the control panel

It did one cut on plywood 3 x passes 100% ok

Then i made another cut this time on perspex and it coked up straight away...

Well this morning i made a quick sign and was very happy it done okay on two passes:

The Y Axis in MACH3 Was ticked and the X wasnt! in DIR LOW Active

i just unticked it, dont think that would of helped any as the X wasnt ticked

I then said lets try no G Code and a straight cut using my keyboard
