The 900 parameters are specific to the machine. They are they are options from the machine builder. The similar machine 900s may get you running, but some functions may not work. Check the electrical...
The tag is normally on the side of the IGBT module. You have to remove it to see all sides.
Try the 2 keys to the right, under the screen.
You will have better luck if you start a new thread.
There is an battery low alarm, and a battery Zero alarm.
If you have the Low alarm, and change batteries with the power off, you will lose the APC position.
Batteries are in the yellow Fanuc...
5th wire goes to the motor case, the other end of that wire, drive’s power supply ground.
Ground the shield to your electronics control box at the control box end only, the other end of the shield is...
I did not read the original post clearly "after change in both machines screen the crt is blank and no start off the both machines" indeed shows that something in the machine is harming the...
160 per hour around these parts. Sounds like OP is looking for in house PC board bench work. The likelihood of any non OEM having a test bed is slim to none. Look for an used replacement board, maybe...
Not to horn in on drdos, the inputs and outputs use 24volts. Some where there is a short in the wiring, that is connecting your 24volts to ground. With the power off, measure with an ohm meter, your...
Non absolute machines do not store home position, they set it (during zero return at power on) based on an switch and grid shift parameter. The battery on the APC machine is not for power outage, it...
I would check your outputs, and wire connections. That many things that are not working have a common cause.
Try M19 S___
The Yellow Fanuc books are your best resource, if you do not have them just find the PDF's on line.
Sounds like your stored stroke limits are off.
Well said! Now if only the climate fanatics can find a shred of common sense, before they vote in a Mega Tax to fix their boogieman problem.
Pitch error will not change, it is the error correction for the grinding of the ballscrew. Any wear would show up as BackLash.
What machine is it?
Unless you have changed out an major component (ballscrew) pitch is normally not re comped.
HGR is here in Ohio, they do large scale industrial consignment sales. Shipping would kill your deal. Somebody else must be doing something similar, I would look to the nearest area with industrial...
On an 18 Pitch is normally under System hardkey, then arrow right or left multiple times until pitch is an softkey.
Ebay would be my 1st choice. HGR #2, Craigsrisk #3. Machine tool Scrapyard #4. Where are you located?
What Fanuc control? What compensation values are you needing to correct? Grind pitch error, backlash, or ?
It sounds like your axis reference, or 2nd reference is off. The manual should tell you how to reset that.
What machine?
Your I/O has a problem. Look at the X bits on the diagnose page, if all are the same you have a 24 volt problem. The machine will not turn on the drives with that condition.
Who flashed the RT board?
I think Hyundai bought KIA, try www.hyundai-wiamachine.com
The machine dealer who sold the machine when it was new, should have a back-up. If Fanuc ever worked on it, repair or add option, they will have a back-up.
If your battery was expired you may just have corrupted memory. Look in your manual for the Boot Menu, maybe you can recover with a system restore, if you have a SRAM back up.
Ebay often has these items for much less $. Also there are some aftermarket re-sellers Buy FANUC Parts for Less - New and Replacement has helped me a time or two.
