    If you reference your machine on each power up then yes, it touches the limit switch, then travels to the home pulse on the scale.

    Yes, you have to input a certain set of parameters first before you input the rest, its machine specific but typically the 900 series set of parameters.

    Also, for what its worth, I think you should back up the all floppy disks for the PG's, I presume you can use a diskette reader on a standard PC and use something like POWER-ISO to copy the disk...
