I'm making bushings with a 5mm hole and parts are less then an inch long. Looking to deburr the back side of part ! Using a vertacal cut off pick part then live tooling...

Collet closing issues fixed !!!! Found the #17 wire was controlled by board A16B-1210-0480/02A . This board is located below E stop button is a panel .

I have a CHNC II with GN10TF controller . Collet not closing during operation. Rebuilt collet closer and solenoid ! Then found that the close side # 17 wire was getting power and not dropping off all...

There is a cover just behind turret . Remove and adjust sensor over the correct station . Just did this on my CHNC II
