Little Machine Shop says discontinued. If you search their site for "1211" you find the board but it says discontinued.

If ever in question about backlash or not, and have compensation, try inserting various (and perhaps large) values and re test. Loose setscrews, gibbs, or lash in ballscrews will all show up.

This just started to happen in the center of long turns. Tried changing speeds/feeds/tools to no avail. This is 2" diameter pvc but the same thing happens with 6061. Any help would be appreciated....
