Try CAMBAM for producing the G-code, CAMBAM also has some drafting capabilities including text, it's free to use for the first 30 starts

I dont know if anyone else took my drawings and made one, but it definitely needs some work on fastening placement etc, the bits I cut out at 1/4 scale all seemed to fit fine from memory

Check out precisebits, diamondcut fishtail bits are what you want for cutting carbon.
Relatively slow cutting speeds, I don't have g-wizard here at work to check the speeds can't remember off the...

I use them and they cut it like butter, I've only used down to 2mm size though.

I think I found it on hackaday.
If you google it there are lots of recipes that vary slightly as well.

I just recently discovered how to make machinable wax instead of buying it, that might be of use for this type of project, and it's reusable!
