I bought new spindle and VFD for my 2007 Multicam 1000 series.
Old one was 5.0Hp Colombo RV TC 24000 RPM - 380vac and VFD was Yaskawa GPD 315/V7.

had same issue with my 1000 series. Try to grease linear guideways or better change them, like I did.

I changed all the linear guideways.
Problem wasn't what grease I used but there was already dust inside and bearings got stuck. Greasing was temporary solution for me.

Form me it was air filter somewhere between compressor and machine. Machine showed 100 psi but the air flow was slow.
