For anyone else that runs into this issue, its a simple roll back of the updates then hide them in Windows update to ensure they don't reinstall.

Wish I had seen this a week ago and disabled Win updates. Tried to use my CNC today and have the dreaded reboot when I start Mach 3.
Does anyone have a work around at all?
