G'day .. i have had an arrow 500 with Control Techniques controller that was working , but over a weekend the battery failed and machine no longer boots .
So the arrow 500 was mechanically fine...
The manual ( for CT control ) say 9343= user variables not compatible with compiled system program .. Application software error , refer to supplier .
There is a spring loaded stopper that cushions the return ( easy to find as it has a slotted lock nut on the back ). Clean and lube it .. Be careful if you change the settings on the fittings...

To get off limit switch ,, hold in the green power on button-- and press the jog button on pendant at the same time --- BE SURE you press the right way --- then align .. Good luck
That is a Control Techniques controller , not Acramatic .. Shame you are not in Aus as i have one with spare drives , control panel and power module you could have for spares ..The backup battery...
