BTW. You can switch the relay on/off via the Mach3 software manually.. Go to Diagnostics and find the button...

Does Mach3 switch off your spindle relais in the controller?

If so:
Please check your G-code for any unwanted M5-commands (Stop spindle turning).

Maybe you haven't configured M3/M4 commands...

Yes, you should never have to adjust the settings in Mach3, even if you open a file which is in inches. (This should be automatically adjusted).
