Unfortunately with this type of card we are unable to hook up a laptop to read faults...

Is this a Gen 1 Maxiem or Gen 2.
If it's a Gen 1 then it won't have the gold servo card's, but it will have encoder extension cable's, the connections in the plugs can go bad on these....
