    Are you sure, that power supply is working correctly? I had similar problem and found "cold" solder in power supply output connector.

    Do not worry, I have been used Herz spindle three years for now. I cut aluminium and Pom plastic . Spindle is HMB42d 24000 rpm with ceramic bearings.
