Spec says that this motor inductance is 2,3mH but holding torque 4,300g-cm (59.684 oz-in or 0.421658 Nm).
I want to replace driver and buy G540 drive for my homemade cnc router. I already have 3 motors connected (one on each axis) Minebea 23LM-C355-P7V.
Is it ok to use these motors with G540? What...

I have manage to run X axis motor motors with chinese driver (3 axis blue one - ebay) with M8 on 800 mm/min, but Y was stacking and crying from begining. For Z I was...
Thanks.
I will contact them to see.
As I see this is compact driver? All in one.
4 drivers and breakout board? Is it ok to use it with 3 steppers instead of 4?
I suppose it works with mach3?
I am using Mineba 23LM-C355-P7V motors on all 3 axis.
I had that "wanna be driver" from ebay. I didn't manage to get enough speed and then it went dead.
CNC is like described in first post.
Thank you for posting.
Currently I am in process of replacing driver because my old one went dead.
I will contact you if I decide to buy bits after I manage to repair machine.
Hello Lucas. Sorry on OT. Can you please advice me which driver to buy? I have post thread in "want to buy section"? At first I tried to do something with similar one, cheap from ebay but didn't...

Help newbie.
Thank you.
I am looking for bits only. I already have cnc machine.
After months of trying to run cheap chinese 3 axis blue driver from ebay (lots of white hair), slow speed, creepy sounds, missed steps etc., I have decide to buy decent stepper motor driver. Drop...

Main problem for me was torque. With 1/8 microsteping I have similar speed when try to drive motors without axis. But with axis connected my motors are more then a double faster using full step (they...
First of all sorry for my first post it was 400 mm/minute not 40.
Maybe.
But this speed I got on a way that I have increasing velocity until construction start to get stuck. Higher speed - less...
Dear MooseCat thank you for your reply.
I am using nema 23 motors (23LM-C355-P7V). I think they are good enogh for this purpose. Main weeknes is 12V power supply. But I have read that lots of...
I have TB6560 driver and DIP switches configured to 1/8 microsteping (power supply is 12V, and for axis a I have used M8 screws; 130x50 cm table)
If I configure switches to full step will I acive...
Thanks. I have order switches that look similar to yours. When they arrive will try to connect them.
Thanks for reply.
In the meantime I was reading manual for Mach3 and my driver board (3 axis). Driver have 5 pins input - first 4 are 5V and 5th is GND, if I understood correctly. Their advise is to...
Thanks. I was asking that because Neon22 wrote on page 55:

Thanks for reply. I didn't know that. I will also power active heat sink on chips directly fom power supply. I sow people wrote it is because bad gnd. I have blue tb6560AHQ driver from china. Do you...
This "should" in your first sentence stands. :) I will have 2x6A (12) active coolers (I sow pepople writing overheating is problem), 2x 4cmx4cm small coolers on heatsink, I will also have some leds...
I know that speed will be affected but that is power supply what I have in this moment. Using M8 as drive axis and 12V it will be slow I know.
I have 3 axis driver TB6560 from the link:
One 3 Axis TB6560 CNC Stepper Motor Driver Controller Board High Quality | eBay
Will I burn it if I connect it to power supply - DC 12V 53A (514W)?
I have did a little research and I sow that switches are commected serial each to other. First pin on x switch is connected to first pin on driver input and second pin on z switch is conected to gnd....
