I can get files out but I'm not sure anyone can open them without the genesis program ! but I will send it to him and maybe he can try!

I have no other 3rd party programs other then the one that runs the machine which is Genisis ! Did Mark contact Bill Blackmon of Delmac machinery? he is the software engineer.
