Sending from a KIA lathe with a Fanuc Control and HAAS mills with the same results. I send programs to the Mills all the time but coming from the machine to the pc doesn't work so it's a one-way...

Interesting part indeed and I think you've done a great job on it. I don't see how you can do this without the full 4th option though. I'll be staying tuned to see what the power users come up with.

I think a 25mm dia tool is too big. Maybe ok for roughing?

I don't know how you can expect to get a 0 radius on the edge against the wall unless you're moving to a 5th axis

I didn't have the exact problem you're experiencing but similar. We ended up reloading the "9000" programs from the disc/usb that came with the machine (should be in the back cabinet) and it fixed...

newer machines wont run with a "A" "B" "C" etc in them unless there is a unit plugged into the control and turned on. the older machines will.
mines 09 and wont run it.
