Re: How To handle Workpiece Rotation

In TNG you can also measure points and calculate rotation. This is called transformation, in this case, transformation from points.

There are other ways to do rotation. Coordinate system rotation...
  3. Re: The machine stops periodically without an error message.

Export your profile and send me zip file. Also send me g-code that you use.
    To our support email.
    I'll try to replicate problem.

Does machine stop in middle of g-code line or between two lines?...

    Re: Arithmetic expression is gcode?

TNG has very powerful arithmetic that you can use in g-code. However I don't understand how this will help you in your case.

Re: Own GUI buttons with menu functions

SVG is vector file. Resolution does not apply.
  7. Re: The machine stops periodically without an error message.

When machine stops - is it in EStop?
  8. Re: The machine stops periodically without an error message.

Do you need to reconnect the controller when this happens?
Could you try repeating this without using your spindle turned on? you would do it on safe height (air cut)...

    Re: Dual motor gantry homing?

In old TNG this was done with settings hack. New TNG has script for this.

Re: using NPN inductive sensors for Limit

Input and limit pins are internally pulled-up to 5V.
Be careful not to damage them with indicative switch higher voltage.
Anything higher that 5V on pins will damage them beyond repair.

    Re: Dual motor gantry homing?

    This is for old TNG.
TNGv2 has gantry squaring script built in.
  14. Re: Adapter for limit switch and input switch connection of Mk3 controllerp

This board is for mechanical switches or PNP inductive switches.
It is basically a multichannel version of this:

Re: using NPN inductive sensors for Limit

I suppose you could do this in theory.
But I always use optocouplers in limit switches. Those long cables all over machine can be real trouble.
  16. Re: How to chain two ExtOut Boards and make them work

    I'm still working on this.
G-Code for configuring ExtOut boards to do this correctly is one of the most complex I've ever done.

If not - log window has buttons on left side to show USB devices/properties. Does this crash?

    Re: How to disable M62

Mk2 will not work with TNG.
You can use M62 to turn output on and off.

Re: fusion 360 planet cnc turning post

Create screenshots of old settings and retype them. It should not take more than couple of minutes.
If you have scripts with old syntax then it s little harder, but still not too much.

Re: fusion 360 planet cnc turning post

M6 is usually a script and if executes last. That is after other codes in line. That is why it is not good idea to have G43 and M6 in same line.

I'm guessing you assigned motor connector to B axis but you didn't choose B axis to be visible on user interface.
