I assume you are using XP, you can buy an OEM version online fairly cheap, if using an older OS, then I assume old hardware, junk it and buy another PC, you can still buy systems that are downgrade...
It sound like a bad sector on the disk or a bad head, time for a HD replacement? Depending on the hard manuf. you can format, but it has to be to level 0 of the drive, Seagate an WD have these...

Quote Fromfrom Jim Colt, hope This helps; but you can also find these in your Hypertherm manual, had to order mine, my dealer did not have it in stock, also keep in mind your pierce/cut height...
I can attest to everything Jim says, had some trouble with them in the beginning, but after a little coaching from Jim and others, they cut great, when you are ready, I'm sure we can help you.
By the way if you are using fine cut consumbles, which you should be for thin stuff, buy the ohmic deflector for your torch, Jim Colt turned me onto this and has saved the lives of many consumbles
Which type of "arcOk" and voltage sensing are you using, ez router distributed 2 types, one that uses a current transformer and one that take the signals from the Hypertherm main board. Been down...
Thanks Tom,
Will be back the shop tomorrow evening, on travel, from what I can see through my online connection, no pin conflicts, will check raw port data, question through, say you shut the torch...
Hi Tom,
Somewhere on the vastness on the world wide web, which I think I'm nearing the end, waiting the message that I have completed my journey, anyway, I read somewhere that Mach 3.042.020 had a...
No argument here, I fully under that the technology today is far better than than it was, 14 years ago when I got involved with plasma technology, I work on HPPR's HT's and MAX series machines that...

Have been looking at cutters, to add some spice to my business, I am very familiar with plasma and waterjet cutting, I have a fab shop and cater to the big truck market. I'm looking at the US cutter...
I just built a water table for mine, had an exhaust system before, what a difference, was cutting 5/8 plate on Saturday and the only smoke was the steam, my nose is much happier.
Have when cutting stainless, that cutting on a water table stop materiel warping but no so much discoloration, using N2 as a purge, which can be used on air torch, helps with oxidation (no O2,...
Thanks Jim
Ok Jim thanks, but do I have to use # 220061 retaining cap(not for sensing) or is #120928 the same length? Jim, I hope we get to met when I come up. Send me a PM some with your contact info. Will...
What are the holes .25 to .3125, if so they look pretty good. Agree with Disconnected, a good ground is a must not only at the table via 8' ground rod and also at the plasma system. Also make sure...
Thanks Jim, do you work up north at the factory, if so would like to meet you when I come up for the advanced mech. class. On an other note I ordered the deflector based on what they gave me at...
Yeah the only difference is the CE has a lip where the the nozzle protrudes through. I'm using the same consumables as you and close to to the same settings. I am lucky to get 15 minutes of...
Ok, but in my reading on this, it is said, the CE can be used for drag cutting, even the guys at Hypetherm said this, to me that say's, the cap should extend past. Am I mistaken??? Or has something...
