I can't afford the downtime to rebuild the motor.
Did find a few 10k motors available in Grand Rapids...

Edit: original motor is 10k rpm, machine has 8k rpm spindle.

M19 Sxxx should orient to whatever angle (xxx) you want.

The spindle motor in my Arrow 500 started making noise.
It sounds like the lower bearing is going bad.

Is it possible to swap the original 8k rpm motor with a 12k rpm motor.

It was the battery for the upper turret.
Replaced the battery, btu can't ref return the X/Z axes.

Not sure how to set the APC reference.
Do you have any documentetion?

300 X Axis needs Zero Return
300 Z Axis needs Zero Return

When I try to ref return the axis, I get 090 Reference Return...

Replaced the servo drive for the lower turret and now the turret position is off.
It is off a few degrees from it's correct...

Try putting it in Jog mode before opening collet. That is what I usually do, so I don't have to turn off the barfeeder.
