    Are you referring to cm or mm? when you say you ask for 25 and get 22 is it only the same part of your belt drive you get this error or is the error seen no matter where you do the move?

    What an impossible question for anyone to answer without seeing it, the thing could be worn out and not even worth $400. Having a quick look on google at a mogul I wouldn't pay $750 for a used one.

    I think you have the pivot point too high, can you move your pivot/mounting point down so the motor assembly is more horizontal with the rack?
