Thats what I mean, you get second parallel port(a expansion card for your computer), and another BOB and you got more I/O.

But Pokeys is good option also.

Second parallel port or PoKeys is what I use.

I think i would want to mill flat sides first, that way there is something to indicate off of

can you post screen shot of motor outputs pins and port page? also try selecting 1/2 stem sherline mode

no problem, just got to make sure to follow wiring guide/diagram and only start cutting away things when you sure aren't necessary

giving 5v to EN pin is like saying "ok, get ready boys, time to start moving motors" :) otherwise its no-go
