you should have a post with your disk package from cand the post is touch and go there is a # you have to put in for your switch offset in the post open I think in word put in your #.50 or whatever...
I have to through in 2 cents I have a dyna cnc table they are no more but I bought thiers cause they used parts I can get anywhere cand cnc electrinics no proprietary parts now that they are belly up...
what mach do you use? mp 3000? scrool through your tabs and it should be in the settings tab
rite now i load by tactor or from the back of the truck
I just use poly vapor barrier that you use on the house you can still see throught it
I don't think there is any diff btwn plas and h2o jet the tolerence of plas is .oo5 thou you would just have to know the weight of the water jet and sand hopper so the motors can be sized to drive it

I don't know mach motions stuff but check out tom's offerings at candcnc.com I run his equip. on my table and prob. cost less than half of mach motions. my 2cents

There is a setting in your homing/limits tab there you set the x,y,z travel of your machine and set how far it comes off the limit.
I use all the new mach3 that come out and I use cand cnc...
Dyna cnc has gone under for some time. You can measure the lead screw and order parts from another company,
The good thing about dyna they used no propriety equip. so you can get parts anywhere....

candcnc.com does all the electronics and just build your table like torchmate for a few hun. and your table should be under 2g

HIWIN linear rails HG will be the mod # and 25 the size goto HIWIN web site. You may be able to get this at your local bearing store.
I use a wood chisel only take a few min. then fin. with a flap disk.

Thanks I seen pieces cut with a ball end mill and could'nt find any on the wood cutting sites.
I have router bits straight spiral bits.
