Turns out I was working against myself. Somehow A011 was set to 226, so that was where the 226.6 kept coming from. I have the spindle running fwd/rev and can control rpm. One small problem still...

Update:
I read that for the c6 controller board to output the analog voltage, it has to be setup for pwm. I went in to the plugin control in mach3 and changed the spindle from the factory setting...
I also forgot to mention that when A044 is set to 03 (sensorless vector) it trips under acceleration and gives code E03.4. When the spindle is not plugged in the vfd will not throw error code.
