Its very easy to repair , It has fuses , relay , a power contactor and PCB Fuse , If any help required let me know

Make motor off line and put +05 -05 v in phase to phase and see the voltage dropping phase to phase and compare to earth

Please check the input fuse of drive , than breaking resistor , and control voltage if all are ok , than check the scr module , alarm is of spindle or E stop ?

Check the Motor cable and axis load , Jog in Low rpm and check the load

you can use 60 Hz even it wont will effect the components , but 50 Hz is better while using in PWM and Phase shift circuits
