My HARD DISK is dead I believe. If I put power supply on hard drive is not turning anymore so I can not clone :(

I found a pdf on this site about alarm 401 from congchipham in 2008.

With that pdf I followed the steps.

Was a problem with the JX5 pins (they go in my machine to X32 on main board)
bad...

this is the fault code.
alarm 401 on both x and z axis

anyone have experience with this?
