    SC10 on Windows11

Is SC10 compatible with Windows 11?
I have a new computer with W11 and I have SC10 CD and dongle.
My first attempt failed, due to a driver missing problem.

Re: PCNC1100 controller is down, help please

I had a similar problem; splash screen and stall on PP loading.
Had to replace the controller hard drive and reload PP.
    Problem solved.
Went with a small (25GB) faster SSD so loading is quicker...

Re: Anatomy of a 10+ year old PCNC 1100

My Z-axis was starved of from a pinched feed line. It was corrected, but it still does not have much flow.
I suspect the Z-axis oil under gravity returns back to the pump over long periods and...
  5. Re: Cleaning under 1100...And promoting coolant flow back to tank?

Remote tank with submerged pump and supply line is routed thru the pass thru in the Tormach stand and to a manifold attached to the head. Straight forward and no mystery there.
    The drain return...

Re: Tormach 2200 Professional CNC - your dream list

I would like to see a new stand with the following features:
Coolant routing path back to remote tank (not under mill)
A dreamliner type chip containment system
    Manual tray chip removal system....
  7. Re: Cleaning under 1100...And promoting coolant flow back to tank?

To influence the flow toward the drain, adjust the stand out of level and then shim the mill base back to level.
A flexible push stick rod (sheet metal) will clear the underbelly.
    Also, when using...

To this I would add your choice of cutters; all cutters are not created equal or optimum for your particular mill.

Does it have a PDB? If not that would be in my first wave of funding, if everything else worked.

Re: Tachometer project for the PCNC 1100

That is a wonderful method to monitor the spindle RPM. Do you think it could also be used as a load meter, since it would indicate a drop in RPM at excessive load?
