I would call tormach on monday. i had similar issues with my machine at the 3 month mark. tormach was very helpful and they diagnosed the problem. i needed a new board.
This is exactly what i did. I ended up buying new bolts for the z-axis coupler and cranking down on them. it fixed my issue.
