quite easy to calculate it's the horizontal distance between to lines the laser engraves

So if you want a resolution of 600 Dpi the scan gap is 25.4 mm...

3mm speed 13mm/sec power 90%
5mm speed 8 mm/sec power 90%
10mm speed 4...

Scan them in a high resolution. Vectorise them (Coreltrace) and save in DXF

You will have to do some cleanup, but mosty of the time this will do the trick.

You can use Coreldraw, and start your engraver directly from within corel, but that doesn't give you more control over the engraver itself, but will...
