I have myself bought their dripfeed / dnc upgrade with great result. You could not activate dnc on these controls without change chips / eproms on the motherboard....

Well, i have not any conclusion on this yet but it seems that the dog / cam isn't worn and looks fine!
Could this have to do with the reference parameter? My reference feedrate parameter (1428) says...

I dont know if it's possible on a 3MA but have you tried with:

Do you stand in tool change reference position?

Hmm... one more thing. I remember that one of the two switches inside the Y-axis limitswitch house were monted with a spring in one side and not 100% tightened. Should the switch be able to "move"...

Did a big mistake and got a short circuit with the screwdriver when i should tighten the terminals on X-axis limit switch...
Have had problems with that the control sometimes does a limit switch...

Could you please inform about the rutine on how to do this? Backplot old nc-file in V9. How do i read / open an old program in V9 that hasn't been saved / drawn there earlier?

You will also need your 8000 and 9000 programs. These have a parameter that locks them so make sure that they get backed up. They will not “punch” out of the control if they are locked.

There is a "search" function on the PC-DGN page, but i assume that it's not helping!? There i can see K000 - K0016 parameters with all 8 bits.

Punch out Parameters:

Select SERVICE screen.
Press PUNCH.
Press ALL.


Write down Option Parameters (or check if they were sent out with the parameters):
