After studying your pics with my friend... your 2nd pics at the right there is a connector with two sets of wires.... one to the lock and the other set should be your keyboard plug...

2. power on and press the esc or delete key...

Three servos with drives!
One spindle motor with drive that is .... how do I say that????.... that it...

I am still enjoying my old index ge42 everyday after the lowest cost retrofit I found!!
