I'm having same issue, I haven't been able to get help anywhere. The video seems like such a hack, have you figured it out?
No doesn't sound like that, I'll record it tomorrow. The motor stops and makes a buzzing sound like it is trying to move but can't, seems to only happen when going fast jog. Slow jog doesn't do it.

Well another operator error, I guess sheetcam was trying to cut my drilled holes as profiles. I guess I need to create them as points in autocad instead of holes.
I finally got everything going and when I run the g-code in turbocnc I get an error helical no longer supported use 3rd axis or something like that when I run my code. Any ideas?
