The rotary axis limits are set by the control or machine definition, not the post, l can't remember which at this time.
To change them, go through the machine definition to change the control...

The 'new' verify is clunkier to use but it is MUCH more accurate and supports multi-axis MUCH better than the 'old' verify.
It's one of the things that you need to get used to.

In the settings, look for Import STL as mesh.
That will make it a solid.
You might have to play with the 'stitching' settings to make it into a 'water tight' solid

Without knowing your control or machine, I would suggest that there is probably a zero offset adjustment parameter somewhere in the control.
Normally the value is associated with the number of steps...

If you change the extension or add a supported extension to the file name you will be able to post the file here.
Change the extension to .TXT or add it to the end of the file name.
That will work.

Mcam X5 runs just fine in Win7 Home Premium 64-bit using WinXP Service Pack 3 mode.

There is not and there has never been a "freeware" or "shareware" version of MasterCam.
There is a student or educational license available that, I think, will not allow you to save or post code for...
