What I will do is have a look at mine and check the parameters, I'm sure you have to enable the relay (it's that long since I set mine up) and give you a step by step.

You can use one of the relay outputs on the VFD to turn on your water cooling no problem at all.

I would avoid any daisy chaining, not sure what you mean by the pulse being daisy chained.
