Hi , It's main job will be with wood , and hopefully aluminium to - as for flexing currently none is detected- The rails are 20mm dia from marchant dice.

Power supply collected , steel rod and trapezoidal screw collected from a local source - way cheaper than marchant dice.Ballscrew nut ordered for testing.
