machine in tooling means you left the key on after manually releasing your tool.
Slot reset required means that you need to do a slot reset and raise the head before the machine will do anything...

Can anyone help me get an operable post for my Biesse Klever?

Aspire has an .ISO post for my machine but when I open the files in biesse works it only shows geometry no tool and no depth of cut. Can anyone help me not to have to buy mastercam? I need to do...

Wood glue will soften with heat. You might try a polyurethane glue just remember to wet your surfaces. Another option would be urea resin glue like Dap Weldwood but it pretty much sucks to work with....

The dealer tech from Biesse told me to steer clear of the LDF and just stick with a 3/4 sheet of MDF. Also 3/4 thick to start and scrap it when it gets nearl 3/8 thick.

Have you tried opening them with autocad or one of the clones that you can get for free and then saving them as an autocad file?
Also are you trying to setup the toolpath with the DXF or just...
